« on: January 12, 2019, 08:36:31 AM »
How can a wine company sell large quantities of wine via bitcoin so that importer does not have a problem at customs when importing wine in another country? How can a wine company provide a legal invoice necessary for paying a VAT for importer if the transaction happened using crypto.

Thank you all in advance!

Trading / BTFD and HODL strategy (New contrarian strategy)
« on: January 11, 2019, 01:58:27 PM »
I am trying out a new contrarian strategy using play money on Delta.

Every month I would set aside $3k (For 30 days in a month)
Every day, I would BTFD and put $100 into the the biggest negative 24hr % change for all Alt/Btc
on Binance. I do not put $3k all at once or something because its to lower the risk of catching a falling knife.

If there are no coins in the red, I would not buy at all for that day. and that extra $100 would be
added into my fiat stash to be redistributed equally for the remaining days on that month. (Edit:
I think it makes more sense to redistribute it to the next 30 days rather than remaining days of the month).

I simply HODL and do not sell except if the coin that I own happens to be the biggest positive 24hr % for all
Alt/Btc, which I would sell all holdings and then redistribute the fiat into the remaining fiat stash.

I do not have a specific time of the day to buy, but I will do it every day on the first moment when I log in to Binance
for that day.

So far i'm two days in into the experiment and results seems good:

I bought 270.74 RDN on 12 sep and 2195.43 GO today.
Total capital invested = $200
Total capital now = $211.39 (haven't taken 0.1% binance trading fees)
after fees would be approx = $210.89  (Taking into account 0.2% trading fees, 0.1% for fiat to btc, and another 0.1% for btc to alt)

Would update in between if you guys are interested.

Trading / The market is not designed to be predictable. Or is it?
« on: January 11, 2019, 01:57:30 PM »
I've called this 2 years ago on my facebook.
There were no signs of any regulations back then. Smart money (banks, wall st) came into the scene and rek everyone.
Hell, we could even be in a recession after this. So what are your options? Just simply hold.
Get a job and forget about your assets. You shouldn't have risked more then you were willing to lose anyway. Money is a very sensitive topic for most, but if you can control your emotions, and simply hold without paying attention to your investments, you should be fine.
We all know the markets are rigged and ran by bot algos. Just hold your positions fellas, you don't lose anything until you sell

Trading / Combine stoploss and take profit on binance.
« on: January 10, 2019, 07:49:02 AM »
Does anyone know how i can manage to have a stoploss and take profit on 1 position at the same time on binance.

If i am in a position i would like to set a stoploss to get out of the position if the reason of my trade is not valid any more and at the same time i want to make sure to get out of the osition if my target price is reached.

I can only manage to do 1 of these options, so i am at risk to become a bag holder if i only have a sell order for taking profit or i have the risk of the price touching my target price without having a sell order open for taking profit because i only have an open stoploss order to cover losses.

Please help me out here, is what i want even possible on binance? Can i do this using a 3rd party trading app (if so, which one). Or do i just need to wait on CZ for fixing this?

Trading / From Minimum To A Million
« on: January 10, 2019, 07:47:33 AM »
'm a newbie here (although I have been playing around with BTC for over a year). I'm now running an experiment trying to get (as the thread title suggests) From Minimum To A Million. By minimum I mean a modest investment of £100. I will be investing in several websites that claim to give daily interest or cloud mining income and intend to compound this up to give a decent daily return. Of course, some of these sites may fall by the wayside but I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now as a test and have already withdrawn my initial investment so I'm break-even at worst and only playing with profits.

Currently I'm using 4 websites (ElgoMine, TrueMine, Bitchoko and GoGo Earn) and have also tested Marble BTC. All currently paying as expected.

I will try and post weekly updates on here but if you want to follow my progress then I've started a Wordpress blog. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links or not seeing as this is my first post but it's https://fromminimumtoamillion.wordpress.com/

Trading / Cryptohopper Sell settings questions
« on: January 10, 2019, 07:46:35 AM »
I use Cryptohopper to auto-trade.

My Buy ofcourse is trigerred by my Signals which is using the BladeRunner strategy.

I want to know for Sell, is it best to use the option "Sell based on strategy" - will this use the decisions given by the Bladerunner then ?

Is there anyway to be able to have "Sell based on strategy" enabled, but still have a stop loss so if the position goes into loss, I don't risk losing a large amount of my holdings.

The reason I ask is, I have no idea how the Bladerunner signals vary from day to day in terms of when they decide to sell, I'm unsure if they naturally have some sort of stop loss implemented.

Trading / Should I stop trading in this bear market?
« on: January 09, 2019, 06:40:57 AM »
Trading is like an addiction, but this bear market seems will be very long. Bitcoin is going to under 6k USD, ETH is now 262 USD, Almost 80% coin fell down. I can't make profits at this moment in trading, Because after getting a little bit of profit, the market again goes under, then another coin eats my profit too. What should I do now?

Trading / This will help to improve your trading
« on: January 09, 2019, 06:39:46 AM »
hi traders i am sharing my mistakes and experience so that it will help you

here are the mistakes i did and the with experience i got answers to my mistakes

1) dont (care or think) too much about your money while trading this will reduce your confidence and make our decisions to reverse
and put money which you dont need

2) learn about money management (i know you might have heard about this many times , this is a huge topic to explain )
in short

remember trading and investing is a business, you have to risk something to gain something ,
so here is what you can do , risk is in your hand and you dont know how much rewards you will get so all you can do is control your risk , so calculate your risks and then enter trades and wait with patience

at first your goal must be to protect your capital , and then protect your profits , dont risk everything

3) Do not get panic by watching others analysis , remember panic is not good for trading, be confident with your analysis

4) if you have got good profits then keep it as a back up capital , when there are bad days if you lose your capital this back up capital will help you

5) dont trade if markets are too much volatile , no trade is also a trade , relax on that days watch some comedy films

6) dont ever think to recover your losses , or trade against

7) if you have entered trade by calculating risk then dont exit in middle wait for your targets , fluctuations are common

8 ) one of my friend told me this --- to keep track of trades
like why we lost that trade , why that trade reached its target, keep a record of this   and just go through this when you are free trust me it will help too much

9) everyday you will not be profitable so set a limit for loss everyday if it is reached than stop trading ( i have lost money before without doing this )

10) If your finger is stuck somewhere, in real life you must think to get your finger out of there , but in trading if your finger(trade) is stuck then you must cut it and get out of that trade, because in trading finger(capital) grows back ( this i learnt by watching psychology videos )

11) I know many of you have heard this points before , but remember until you dont put your personal interest and do trading by following rules nothing will change
and success is  not easy we must work-hard to achieve it

12) i am sure if you follow this rules you will see changes in your trading ,

if any experienced traders do have some points that will help traders please highlight it

13)But remember, never put your eggs in one basket, this way even if one of your investments is on a down trend, you can still recover the loss from another investment
