Remember amsterdex exchange? DeepOnion was listed there and after some time exhcange was stopped. Now they opened again and rebranded to Amsterex exchange. DEX part was removed from naming, because it was confusing for some users.
Looks like exchange operating now in beta mode, We cant generate there ONION deposit address, but we can see ONION market, so lets keep eye on this.

Stex Exchange Will Require Kyc Since January 1 2020

So if you like this exchange you have enough time to finish KYC procedure ( they have few options for it )
