Does this work to get a deposit to Nova confirmed?

No, this will only help sync wallet. To get chain moving someone will have to stake their wallet as it appears pow mining is over.

I tried to load up wallet and mine this coin, but wallet had syncing issues. When wallet finally synced to current height, miners will not connect. Something is wrong with this wallet.

NO, we can't give exact number right now.
At the moment we are talking about reducing supply or not, cause that would be better for the coin and that could be in combination with lowering the interest.
If we made our decission we will announce it here.

Looks like a red flag to me. Not telling the max coins at this time, must be unlimited. All this should have been decided on before release. Looks more like a pump and dump coin. 20 billion premine, come on.

Also is POW mining over now? If not what block does it end? Hash rate shows 0 now.
