A small comment from our programmer about ERC 20Token problems: batchOverflow exploits the batch transferFunction . It's not part of the ERC-20 standard and we don't have it.  And those who wrote the batchTransfer function is just like a morons

Небольшой комментарий нашего программиста касательно "проблем" Токена формата ERC20: batchOverflow эксплуатирует функцию batchTransfer . Она не входит в стандарт ERC-20 и у нас ее нет. Хотя для взлома ход придумали интересный. А те кто писал функцию  batchTransfer  - ну просто малолетние дебилы (с).

Вечер добрый! Да, это тоже наша, но старая. На Waves не получилось. Токен без смарт-контракта это не токен, а так, фикция, поэтому взяли паузу, сделали хороший смарт и перезапустились..

Потому что они за рубли продать не могут) Пробуют хоть за крипту. Ладно, шучу.

День добрый! В год мы продаем, примерно 100-150 тысяч кубов. Но, этого, к сожалению недостаточно для развития производства. Про наши банки я молчу)) Хотя бизнес-план был согласован со Сбером в конце 13 года, а потом... К сожалению, щебень продукт сезонный но, при наличии линии по производству порошка, этот вопрос решается.

TimeLine:

1 этап. «Сбор средств (PRE-ICO, ICO)» МАЙ-ИЮЛЬ 2018.

Проведение Pre- ICO - ICO по приобретению опционов StoneToken с использованием Эфириума (ETH), Биткоина (BTC) и др. криптовалют. На Pre-ICO будет осуществляться «распродажа» 10% Токенов по цене минус 25%  от заявленной стоимости актива. TimeLine:

Stage 1. PRE-ICO, ICO. May - July 2018..

The ICO realization on purchase the StoneToken option using the ETH, Bitcoin (BTC) and other crypto currencies. 1. What is StoneToken?

StoneToken (STTN) is an ERC20 Asset-backed token, which is a digital double of a real (physical) asset.

2. How to buy Token?

To buy our STTN Token you need to have a wallet that supports Tokens of  ERC20 format. The easiest and fastest way to register such  wallet is MyEtherWallet. This wallet is necessary regardless of  currency for which you want to buy our Token.

To buy a Token for ETH - transfer the amount to the address of our Smart Contract - and you will receive the Token automatically.

3. What is a JSON INTERFACE and what is it for?

Under  terms of our Smart Contract, in case of not collecting the minimum amount - $ 2 million (SoftCap), all funds are returned to investors. To avoid problems, the contract Administrator does not have access to them, and the withdrawal is made by the investor himself. For this  is needed JSON INTERFACE of our Smart Contract. It will also allow any investor to check all points of the Smart Contract. To work with JSON INTERFACE you need ETHEREUM WALLET or another program to work with ETHEREUM Blockchain.

4. What is mineral powder?

Mineral powder is flour, a powder obtained through drying and grinding of carbonate sedimentary rocks of chemical origin. The powder may be used in road construction, construction mixes, tiles, manufacture of glass. In agriculture it is used as an additive in animal feed and for soil deoxidation. A wide range of applications ensures high demand of the product.

Since 2012, consumption of mineral powder increased by almost two times, up to 7 million tons per year. According to our marketing studies, the growth in consumption will continue and by 2020 will reach 10-11 million tons.

5. Are there similar products at a lower price on the market?

Our main advantage is ownership of huge reserves of raw materials (10 million cubic meters) with low cost of raw materials, which affects the pricing of the final product since there is no need to pay interest rates to banks. All this will allow us to sell the product at the prices below the market, which, in its turn, makes our prices highly competitive.

6. What is the demand in this material?

The annual demand in Russia is about 7 million tons per year, which means our facilities will cover only 2-3% of the demand. This shows the great demand for our product and future expansion.

7. How much has to be invested to build the plant?

At the moment, the minimum investment is about $ 2 million. This is the cost of building a plant with capacity of 5,000 tons per month or 60,000 tons per year.  7 millions of US dollars -  this is the minimum amount for a plant with the capacity of 200 thousand tons per year. Therefore, the Softcap of the project is $ 2 million and the Hardcap is $ 7 million.

8. Why not a bank?

The banking sector of Russia is currently under sanctions pressure, which affects loans to small and medium businesses. So we decided to go to the financial platform independent from politics and sanctions. The blockchain is our future.

9. Who can become an investor?

Absolutely anyone can become an investor, except US citizens. The most important thing is to thoroughly read the White Paper.

10. Why the ETEREUM platform is selected for ICO?

The ETHEREUM platform provides the largest set of features for creating Smart Contracts. This allowed us to make the most suitable contract for our purposes and to protect investors to the maximum.

11. What are the risks for the investor?

In the case of our Token, risks of the investor are equal to zero since he/she is secured by the amount of raw materials that are our property in our warehouse.

Second point -  more than 80% of the collected funds will be under  control of Smart Contract and their withdrawal will take place ONLY upon the provision of Contracts for the manufacture and supply of equipment, construction and installation works.

In terms of our ICO, in case of its successful completion and collection of minimum required amounts, any holder of the Token may exchange it for a real quantity of raw materials. 1 StoneToken=1 cubic meter of crushed stone.

We will show all stages of construction of the plant. We will install online WEB camera.

Optionally, the investor may disclose your personal data and get a share in the company in case he/she gets more than 5% of the emission amount.

12. Why do you use foreign investment fund?

At the moment, the turnover of crypto currencies in Russia is in "gray" zone. For the project we attract the Singaporean company that implements crypto currency exchanges and will provide us an interest-free loan which we will repay. These funds will be allocated to repurchase the Token.

13. How long will it take for ROI?

The return of investment in the project will require 3 years from the moment of launch of production. We will start the repurchase of Tokens 8 months after ICO completion. This period is determined by the fact that manufacture of the equipment for a specific industrial site will take 5 months, excluding delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Along with this process, we will work on concluding preliminary contracts for supply of our products.

14. What will you do if you fail to collect the necessary amount through ICO?

If the minimum required amount will not be collected, we will refund all the money without acceptance back to the buyers, or revise our business plan.

15. What output do you plan to produce?

The facility is designed to produce 200,000 tons per year or, about 16.000 tons per month.

It is only 2-3% of the total required demand of such products on the Russian market. The market size is constantly growing because there is active road construction, increasing the number of agricultural enterprises, increasing animal feed production, etc.

We are working on the export. The Ust-Luga port is only 70 km away. 

16. What is the technology?

The production technology is using crushing equipment with further addition of activators, depending on the specifications from customers. The equipment meets all environmental standards of the Russian Federation.

17. Why blockchain?

We believe that the blockchain technology is our future. This is a great opportunity to attract investments and to receive income from them.

18. Why are you not able to find the money having such reserves of raw materials?

This is not about the investors but about their conditions. Those who are ready to invest 7 millions of US dollars, require 75%-80% of the company and complete control over the enterprise. In this case the investor does not want to work in the enterprise and to participate in its activities. These are the realities of business. With the blockchain technology we do not lose control over the enterprise but share profits and allow all investors to earn with us.
