I've always been of the mindset that if you can do it yourself, you should because it's cheaper, but after looking into it, I'm not so sure anymore.  What was your experience? Did you pay a lot? Was it worth it? And how did you find the right company?

I'm currently in the process of moving and need some advice. I'm trying to decide whether to hire a moving company or do it myself. I've seen that many people recommend doing it yourself, as it's cheaper and will probably be more efficient. However, I also have a lot on my plate at work right now and don't want to add any extra stress by worrying about getting everything moved. So which route should I take?
