I would always recommend Babypips for this to be honest. Great free course for trading forex previously which has a lot of crossover and now they have a specific crypto trading education area.

It's so true. The move to decentralisation of anything was monumental not only for finance but philosophically from the perspective of truly owning something.

Can see it happening. People are going to get absolutely wrecked by the rate of inflation. Crypto won't look so risky then that's for sure!

I think "stable" is the wrong word to use but "viable" is more appropriate. Better yields, even with the interest rate rises and people realise that banks and regulators haven't got their interests at heart.

If you're looking to margin trade CFDs then CedarFX are worth a look. Decent leverage options and no commission as well.

Crypto Discussion / Re: What is a blockchain bridge?

Bridges are vital for widespread adoption of crypto. Likely to become especially important if countries develop their own digital currencies as they will likely use different blockchains

That's just them trying to work out how they can tax it properly.

Crypto Discussion / Re: BTC / Crypto Wallets
« on: October 27, 2022, 06:03:06 PM »
The only thing you need to "store" is your private keys. The BTC or any other crypto itself is on the blockchain. Look into Ledger or Trezor as they are the most popular wallets to protect your crypto from hacks.

Not really pushed on more after that rally the last few days. Not convinced it's a proper breakout yet.

Trading / Re: Why do most forex traders fail?

Misled expectations, poor work ethic, not willing to educate themselves, not willing to accept that they will get eaten alive without putting in the work so arrogance, delusion and greed.

Shocker...a shameless plug

Still very much stuck in a range for me. Just as quick as it tries to break out it crashes back into it. There's no backing to send it north yet. too many filling their pockets at this level.

I don't think it's showing anything like a rally yet. Still pretty bound in a consolidation at the moment. Both it and BTC are relatively boring to trade vs FX pairs at the moment.

Trading / Re: Forex your second source of income

It can be a main source of income if you can get good enough to utilise decent capital via something like a prop firm. But that takes time and practice and most don't want to commit to the effort that takes.
