A classic pure Proof-of-Stake system
Mojocoin is a ‘classic’ blockchain cryptocurrency with a high initial stake reward. We believe that blockchain is big business and we love ‘classic’ cryptocurrencies and we have a desire to create a stable and widespread cryptocurrency ecosystem. We will not make any lofty promises of fancy hard to implement features but we will make a promise that we will develop and maintain Mojocoin with passion and dedication.
100,000,000 MOJO has been created and will be distributed over time and Mojocoin can not be mined. We have chosen to make a cryptocurrency without a mining phase to make it fairer and to avoid large miners grabbing the majority of the coins. This will give everyone an equal opportunity to acquire a fair share of Mojocoin through the weighted ICO.
70,000,000 MOJO will be distributed through the ICO and 30,000,000 MOJO will be retained to ensure network stability and to use as payments for services and support of Mojocoin in the future. The stake reward will start at 15% and reduce over time to 1% after 5 years. This is an incentive for early adopters to help support the network and it will ensure a staged and controlled roll out of the coin and ensure a steady increase in value over the next few years.
We will use our experience and contacts to make sure that Mojocoin will claim it’s stake in the cryptocurrency space and we will endevour to always increase the value of Mojocoin through hard work. A roadmap and further details will be posted as we progress with the ICO and towards the distribution phase and beyond.

Investment Weighted Distribution - ICO will end on 31/03/2016
We have decided to distribute Mojocoin through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) where you will receive a relative share of the total coins depending on your investment. This means that you as a potential investor can obtain a relatively large share of Mojocoin for a minimal investment of 0.01 BTC or even less, which is 4 USD right now. The ideal is to distribute 70,000,000 MOJO in the first phase of the ICO and to get a minimum of 500 investors. This would allow for a relatively wide distribution which would benefit the investors and the future of the Mojocoin community.
We have thought long and hard with regards to what may be considered a successful ICO and we have reached the following conclusions that I will illustrate with a couple of theoretical examples.
(1) The initial focus is on distribution so the number of investors outweigh the total amount of Bitcoin raised as a primary goal. So, if you imagine 500 investors all in for 0.01 BTC for a total of 5 BTC that would certainly be considered a success in terms of the number of investors. From the investor point of view that would mean a share of 140,000 MOJO per investor (70,000,000 between 500 investors). A conservative estimate for a market cap for MOJO on launch on various exchanges would be 100 BTC or 0.00000100 BTC (100 Sats) per MOJO. This is probably low for 100 mill. coin with proper long term support. So, an initial investment of 0.01 BTC would bring in 0.14 BTC if the share of 140,000 MOJO was sold on the day of launch on various exchanges. That is a ROI of 14 times the value invested. Altough in this case, the ICO would bring in a low BTC value it would mean more trade once MOJO is listed.
(2) The minimum amount of BTC raised for the ICO to be considered a success regardless of the number of investors would have to be 20 BTC. This would allow us some flexibility to stabilize the price once MOJO hit exchanges.
Both these numbers can not be absolutely fixed. I.e. if it reaches 490 investors or 19 BTC this would have to be considered.
We have decided that if the ICO does not approach any of the targets we will consider reverting to exchanging the received BTC investment for the theoretical ICO price which is then set at 20 BTC / 70,000,000 MOJO which is 0.00000029 BTC (29 Sats). So an initial investment of 0.1 BTC would result in a share of 344,827.586 MOJO in the case of a failed ICO. This will amply compensate the investors who will hold a larger share and will be able to reach a ROI fast once MOJO hits the exchanges.
We believe that this scheme will protect the investors and benefit early adopters and produce value for any number of investors in Mojocoin. We believe that there is no way that you will not reach a ROI reasonable fast after the ICO. We have to set some boundaries on the ICO as it would be extremely detrimental if, say 2-3 investors walked away with 70,000,000 MOJO between them.
I hope that makes sense. Please feel free to discuss as we are open minded and flexible but we have the future of Mojocoin to consider and we also want to bring value to our investors.

With Mojocoin, we start from scratch on a classic base and blockchain with an open design philosophy. The possibilities are endless and only limited by imagination and resources. We envisage certain steps to improve Mojocoin and to promote it wide and far but the road ahead is open to opportunity and progress. We hope that we can gather a community that will aid to steer us with development and useful features. Mojocoin is at the moment like a tabula rasa that can be filled with anything we want without the constraints of big business or internal conflict. The initial phase will be focused on wide distribution and to establish a stable network. Once the initial distribution has been completed we will assess what needs to be done and plan the next step. We have formulated a basic road map of features we would like to see implemented over the course of 2016 as they are all features that will strengthen the network.
We wish to see the following implemented as a minimum during 2016
(1) Decentralised anonymity: We will develop a decentralised system for optional transactional anonymity in the next version of the Mojocoin wallet. This will effectively function as a Mojocoin ‘mixer’ that will run independently from your wallet software.
(2) BTC cross send: We will incorporate a Bitcoin / Mojocoin cross-send feature where you will be able to pay anyone who accepts Bitcoin using Mojocoin from your wallet. This will be integrated after Mojocoin has been listed at Bittrex.
(3) Masternodes: Once initial distribution has been completed we will seek to establish a system of masternodes where holding a set amount of Mojocoin will provide a higher reward.
(4) ROKOS OS: Rokos OS is a node / staking wallet for Raspberry PI. Please see http://rokos.space/ for further information. This will let you run a dedicated Raspberry PI staking your Mojocoin.
(5) 'light' Electrum server / wallet

We will seek to engage the community to direct certain aspects of development and we will remain open minded and adjust to user demand and new technology.
