"CryptoShuffler, simply monitors the clipboard of an infected user for a tell-tale cryptocurrency address to be copied. Once it identifies a wallet / exchange address on the clipboard, it waits for the infected user to paste the address (presumably into a TO field when sending funds) at which point it swaps the address for a wallet belonging to the attacker."
