One of the most active team around here.
Congrats

Thanks! And stay in touch, because we will update the project very-very soon!

3
and will spare coins be burned afterwards?

Tokens will burn after the buyback

4
Why such a big hardcap? What kind of infrastructure do you want to do?

Hardcap is not for constructing an infrastructure, but for a fund's assets, and assets can be arbitrarily large

5
If the ICO target is reached, do you know how many FundCoins will be created?

We aim to gather 100€ mln. So as 1 FundCoin = 1 Euro, 100 mln. A respective number of FundCoins will be created, meaning that if 99 million Euros are raised, 99 million FundCoins will be created.

6
What volume of tokens will be bought back?

For the buyback 80% of the fund's profit will be allocated

7
What is the lifetime of the fund? When can investors expect to receive a return on their investment?

The fund has an infinite lifespan with PE investments having an average time to exit of approximately five years. Finles targets an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25 per cent per annum calculated over a 5 years period, driven by the high growth of the blockchain sector. The Fund can do intermediaite distributions from the performace and the yields it receives.

8
How long will the new fund and the ICO be open to investors – both retail and institutional?

We anticipate this ICO to be fully subscribed relatively quickly - recent ICOs have been fully allocated in a matter of minutes. Although they are the exception rather than the rule, interest in ICOs is high.

9
What is the minimum investment during Pre-order?

The minimum investment is 0.01 BTC

10
What is the justification behind the roughly $120M USD valuation? That is quite high, not sure this project is worth that much

Why not? After all, these are not funds for a start-up, they are assets of an investment fund, they can be of any size.

11
How often profit distribution?

Quarterly, the fund will distribute profits that will be used to buy-back FundTokens from the market. The distribution from the Lowestoft fund would be used to buy-back tokens and benefit the Token holders

12
What is the fee structure for the fund?

The investor pays a one-off ICO administration cost of 3% of the total ICO proceeds. The fund adheres to the normal 2 and 20 fee structure that most PE firms follow,

13
I read about eurox. what is eurox?

This is a new token to be introduced shortly, it gives more flexibility for the market

14
Is there any limit to enter preorder?

No, there is no such limit if you plan to buy FND with a cryptocurrency. However if you want to buy FND with Euros or dollars, the minimum amount is 20,000 Euros.

15
Why are you so sure about progress of the project?

Unlike many other ICOs, which are designed to make money from the buyers rather than for them, FundCoin already has a well-coordinated teamwith extensive experience and, more important, a working product. We offer the crypto world to invest in a Fund that is run by professional managers and so linked to the structure that provides a safer harbour in the highly volatile blockchain market. With its strategy of supporting the FND value through buybacks, this ICO is the next step in the fast growing blockchain industry. Such a downside protection strategy will give FundCoin buyers more security.
