Title: Is Altseason Coming?
Post by: fallenangel1789 on January 16, 2021, 12:13:07 PM
At the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018 for the sake of ETH and LTC and then the ICO wave, there was an amazing increase in the price of altcoins. Everyone thinks it will be repeated in the short term. I am also one of them.

On the other hand, now we have another variation and it is Institutional Money. I cannot evaluate its effect on Altcoins and altcoin season. What do you think guys? Will be there an altszn similar to 2019? Or is this gonna hit only high market cap altcoins?

I don't know if the altcoins season has come, but given the very good price movements in the market right now, I think we just need to take action to invest. if it's altcoins season then it will be good to get daily profit.

I think the new altseason will focus only on the really potential coins like blockchains & DeFi applications that are useful to the community, not all altcoins like 2017-2018.
And of course, when the capitalization focuses on the small number of altcoins, a lot of other projects will disappear from the market.

In my opinion, the altcoin season already started in the previous year. Since the price of altcoins moved gradually along with the improvement of Bitcoin price, so we cannot see the altcoin season suddenly. We just need to wait for the price of Bitcoin to be in a sideway. So, we may experience the altcoin season.

the alt season maybe still wait for another 1 or 2 month for the value of bitcoin to dop because the value of bitcoin is still very high some alts are severely affected but values likes doge and ethereum did soar.

After a halving periods of altcoins 2017  ,we got two big scamming years 2018 and 2019. We all noticed the huge dumped season where Bitcoin undergone to $3000 and Ethereum $80 . But after a long periods of altcoins season,we are again noticing the second halving 2020 December and all time high (44000 and $1400 ) respectively. But in future what would be happened we don't prediction!!!

The altcoin season has already begun for some of the top coins.  If Bitcoin's dominance falls to 45%, it will trigger a global alt season, but now it seems like an unlikely event.

Well, only time would tell for now as many things can easily unfold. Anything can  easily  happen  in this season, altcoins  can easily  rally behind bitcoin in  real time when there is a  bull  run. As we wait for the good time to take profit,  I hope to accumulate  more  coins on a truly  decentralized  multi-coin  wallet  application  from  atomicwallet.io.

I agree. Bitcoin's rally is pulling the rest of the industry up.

Yeah. I also think that the Bitcoin rally ended and dominance will decrease slowly. And high market cap projects slowly increase in price. It means alt season started although we do not know whether it will be similar to 2018 or not.

I dont believe there was or will be any ALT season.

Show me in time where alts did very well in general without the BTC price going up.

You might find some alts did ok, but only on a bull BTC run.

Most alts are down and the 1000's of shitcoins are just crashing

Altseason is in full swing, some coins just explode, for example Enjin Coin brought the long-awaited xx and reached the price of 0.466 USDT!

The link is, as always, on the CMC https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/enjin-coin/  Enjin is now at all-time highs, so now there is a probability of a fall and a probability of a 50-50 rise.

Bitcoin market again crashing and all altcoins already marked red color. Why market again crashed and price below $30000 today. May be Bitcoin market stable at below $30000.

The world is on the verge of accepting cryptocurrencies right now, so it's not altseason right now.  Now the world is already in the stage of taking cryptocurrencies seriously

The situation is much better for cryptocurrencies now than it has been in the past in terms of institutional player acceptance of Bitcoin and Altcoin. Altseason is inevitable.

its true that the current conditions are very much better in the previous year because this is the impact of bitcoin that has risen quite high so that it has an impact on various altcoins, now is an alt session moment and ready to the moon maybe if you want to buy also attention the risk management.

Monero (XMR) 2021 Price Prediction (https://coinpedia.org/price-prediction/xmr-monero-price-prediction/)
Monero initiated the year 2021 with its price trading at $158. It might reach $185 by the end of January. The price might suffer certain fluctuations in March and April.  The price may reach $230 by October and by the end 2021 XMR might hit the  $270 mark.

Now that if performs, altseason will be enjoyed to the fullest
