Can I use it for my favorite caviar shop ? The thing is that a lot of people have enough information to get profit using this technology. I like caviar and buy it rather often. May be it can also bring profit.

Great Blockchain use of Supply chains kind of projects.
The good thing about Supply chain blokchains that they can't be duplicated or faked like any other mean of tractability which make Blockchain in general as a great choice, the best actually, in such niche.

This is the practical example of the fact that world is slowly but surely adopting crypto and blockchain tech. I remember a project called Ambrosus that is under development and it has similar but even broader functions.
