yes I think you can also buy bitcoin with monero, for me you can also buy it in the binance market, because for me binance is also a centralized exchange and also good you can play in binance.

If you use Exodus monero wallet (https://exodus.io/monero-wallet/), you can use BTC to buy XMR anonymously (no signup or verification) in the app.
Though I don't think BTC will ever be fully anonymous since the blockchain is publicly viewable. Maybe you can look into mixing services or something similar but I'm not an expert on 100% privacy.
If you just want to exchange without having to make an account or provide ID, what I said works.
