Which is the easiest way to convert BCH to BTC. Please guide.

Just go to Coinmarketcap and search for BCH and see where it is traded and choose the best option that suit you or you can use one of those instant exchange services but I can't recommend any you have to do your own search, if I am in your place I would choose  decent exchange that has low withdraw fees and use it.

basically at any exchange like binance or poloniex. actually convert to btc is way easier that to usd

It is good to buy BTC at an exchange. Choose an exchange that gives an option of buying /exchanging a coin at the best rate. I suggest Coinswitch because it aggregates the exchange rates across different exchanges and provides the best rate.

Many exchanges provide it, but I prefer to use binance, because the trading volume is quite large

yes I also believe in you, now there are already many altcoin markets that already exist, for me now I also use trading on the binance market, and Hitbtc, for me both are also good for me to make work on altcoin trading

most markets / exchanges will do that for you, as well as any other coin.
just make sure that you double and triple check the wallet you get on an exchange so that you don't lose the coins that you are trying to convert.

yes I also agree with you, that binance is also a good exchange for me to use to trade every day, because binance is also a good choice for trading every day
