Ever heard about the Veil project?
Been following this project since the beginning of the year, looks like a great project to me, focused on privacy, built on several privacy protocols and solutions including the bulletproof protocol which aids scalability.
Veil which is still a young project seems like a good investment, any contrary opinions?

It's a potential investment to place our money dude. A new technology combined with a trusted team and that will create such a good platform with various features. as far as i know, that veil will have implemented a lot of interesting update in the future. But that used POW and POS system which is very interesting for everyone. Veil will be a candidate to become the next major coin. It will be listed by big exchange site in the future

They are running a bounty campaign which pays you for spreading the veil in different forums. I guess they only pay those who create their own thread or they got stake per thread.

I did smell that there is something behind this VEIL hype, even if veil is really a good project that hype it gets is just overloaded, the number of threads I see every day made me do not want to open veil topics anymore ;D, well now I know the real reason behind this.

Yaa you are right but it's just like saying once we have bitcoin or ethereum what is the need of creating other cryptocurrencies.
Every innovation or technology have its flaws and drawback and what veil project did is to work on the flaws and drawback of the current privacy coins we have by integrating and combining modern technology like combining monero's RingCT technology and Zerocoin protocol to offer more anonymity and privacy.
I have read about the project and quite impress.

Veil is the mother of all privacy coins. If you ask me, I'd say Monero is the father. But what is the need for a father where the mother is playing all roles effectively? Veil is a blast!

It's not yet and it seems like OP does not even understand what he was talking about. Veil is a candidate of the coin that was having a good potential to grow more consider from its usefulness and new technology that is implemented in the veil network. But that still needs more time to go because of rome was not building just in a day. Veil has the same chance to become as big as any other major privacy coin like PIVX, and MONERO. To understand it first is really important.

I have same view about veil network. After my research on veil project I can categorily say that this project really provide the solutions we have been lacking when it comes to privacy in this crypto space..

I agreed on your point, but we must caution about the negative side effect of anonymous coin when it can use for criminal and money laundering, it’s also the root of criminal

I do not care what others think. Veil may be just another privacy coin but it sure has much more features that make it succinctly unique from the others.

Yes, all well said here about the VEIL project. I have gotten more to add up to what has been said here.
VEIL has gotten more than proven team, a structure, VEIL Labs, no premine, and so on. I feel everyone needs to check the roadmap of VEIL.
Concerning the privacy technology, I'm not really an expert, but VEIL is incorporating both Zerocoin and RingCT technologies, achieving a bullet proof cycle, as what one lacks, the other has. Zerocoin has shown limited effectiveness in the past.
The VEIL project still remains one of my favorite of this year!

Great Coin indeed, If you visit their website you can see there the MIT license they secured for this project to run. Plus the team visibility is there ( I like the drawing portrait of the team profile) the process of zerocoin tech is anonymous but they choose to broadcast the team profile for transparency and seriousness of the team to provide a quality project like VEIL.

It's actually exciting that the privacy of users on it's network would be securely protected against third party intrusion.
That's some good news in cryptosphere.....considering that it would affect mainstream adoption positively.

It's just the beginning of the veil. More development will come at the same time to fix the minor bugs and that's normal for a new protocol. Veil already focused on the marketing and it was trying to get various criticism from the users to able increase the platform into the next level. You need to test a platform to make sure you can get various information regarding what should be fixed and what needs an improvement
