here is a great monero mining chrome extension that lets you mine monero in the background while you surf the internet.

How to get it working:
Install the extension
Get an account here: http://bit.ly/moneromining (http://bit.ly/moneromining)
Login to your account and click "Get Code"
Copy your client id (e6dd628gg36sf52kff7322...)
Paste your client id into the extension and click "Save"
The miner will start after a few seconds/minutes. Adjust the cpu speed & thread number as needed. Your dashboard will show your statistics a little delayed but all your mined monero will be there when the statistics are updated. Minimum payout is 0.1 XMR
