People are asking me how much tax is paid when cashing out crypto in Hungary, if you're a citizen or a foreigner?

Still no one has an answer? I know that in Romania you're not obligated neither to declare nor to pay any investement gain tax (10% starting 2018), but some went to declare their gains and pay it anyways, just so they could sleep in peace.
