I am only familiar with Binance, Coinbase, and Kucoin. While for CEX and CoinEx, I am not sure if they deserve to call as the best crypto exchanges. By the way, can you specify, how can you claim they are the best crypto exchanges? What factors make them deserve to call as the best crypto exchanges? Please make more detailed information and add some sources.

I would agree with most of those on your list. However, I think some of those (like Coinbase) aren't open to everyone in all countries. A couple others I would include are THdax, Latoken and Phemex.
