DECENT, the international company behind the renowned blockchain platform, DCore, has added several milestones to its official 2019 roadmap. The highlights, among others, include the DECENT Official Wallet release for iOS devices; DECENT Incubation program, designated as DCube; and Swift, PHP, and Python SDK releases for the DCore blockchain platform. Along with enhancements to these products, DECENT focuses on building new partnerships and continuously improving the DCore ecosystem.

DECENT has started off the year 2019 with the discontinuation of the DGo platform (reinstated as DECENT Wallet), a successful finish for the ALAX Token Swap as well as the release of the official DECENT Explorer Beta for viewing all transactions on the DCore blockchain.

“2019 is the year of adoption for DECENT. When I talk about adoption, I address prosperous projects like ALAX and Token4Hope which have proven to be viable sources of establishing a stamp on the premises that the blockchain community stands on,” says Matej Michalko, CEO and Founder of DECENT.

From the product and app development standpoint, to support the adoption of DECENT’s DCore platform, the team intends to release SDKs (software development kits) for PHP, Swift and Python programming languages during the Q2-Q4 periods.

According to the roadmap, DECENT’s DCore platform will also receive several updates, including the release of the official Docker support – allowing for easier access to app deployment on DCore. Other updates involve Linux installation packages for Fedora and Ubuntu as well as the implementation of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) into DCore.

DECENT’s Innovations team has detailed its roadmap with the deployment of the DECENT Incubation Programdesignated as DCube. With DCube, launched only recently, the company plans to provide mentorship, funding, project consulting and networking to tech startups, students and novice entrepreneurs in order to get them started in the world of blockchain.

The team also outlines the adoption of two business initiatives, named Open Bounty Program and DECENT Venture Capital Fundfor which it plans to share details in the upcoming months. Additionally, the company will further pursue its Blockchain Pioneers Hackathon series. Having already hosted seven hackathons throughout the world, the series is expected to reach new geographies and tackle bigger challenges.

Matej Michalko further elaborates on the roadmap at hand: “Preserving the essence of transparency in our company allows us to share our roadmap with the general public and continue to advance our DCore platform, launch various community engagement programs, and boost overall blockchain adoption. Ultimately, these aspects represent the stimuli that drive us forward, and I’m sure that the year 2019 will remain to be highly prosperous for DECENT.

DECENT’s plan is to continuously update the DCore platform. The team also emphasizes the implementation of ongoing improvements to the official wallets as the year progresses. The complete roadmap is available to view on the company website which was redesigned last year to match the company’s current mission.
