Currently, the Indian authorities haven’t created specialized laws for ICO regulation. However, despite this fact, the country’s government didn’t prohibit the release of tokens. That is why, global blockchain startups consider India as a platform for token sales launch.
During the Panel Discussion, crypto experts will discuss legal aspects of carrying out ICO in Indian jurisdiction that will appear in the future, including not only the token status, but also the digital assets taxation. Participants of the Panel discussion are:

In addition, Kumar is a chairman at blockchain development company Auexis Group.
- Jitan S Chandanani: Partner and Blockchain Leader at IBM. He specializes on the blockchain solutions development. Before IBM, for 12 years, he has worked as Managing Director at KPMG, one of the largest audit companies in the world, listed among the Big Four. His experience also includes Market Risk Advisor at Goldman Sachs.
- Anirudh Rastogi:. Listed among ‘40 under 40’ most influential, innovative and young entrepreneurs according to Businessworld Magazine. Founder & Managing Partner at TRA law firm. Worked as law advisor in such companies as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan.
- Harmeet Singh Monga: Blockchain & Smart Contracts Expert. Currently, he holds a position of Chief Business Officer at blockchain-based consultancy BlockSmiths. He is also a Program Head at Asia’s first blockchain incubator Satoshi Studios and founding member of NASSCOM Blockchain SIG.
