Who Owns Solar Coin? Please help

I have to solar wallet on my widows desktop.  Every time i try to send it tells me invalid solar address

is it the same as this coin?  https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SLR

    I don't think it is the same coin. Solar coin thread mentioned above ticker is "SOLAR" the one on Bittrex is "SLR". I think it is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=429119.0
