Your post only shows that you are unfamiliar with the topic you're talking about. It wasn't "use of BTC by terrorists", it was a global ransomware campaign.

We can't, but owners can by sacrificing anonymity. But it also means losing a lot of ordinary users and the whole point of existence, which obviously isn't great. Moreover, there are no proven cases of use of BTC by terrorists. Guess why.

Unfortunately, it’s nothing like WE here. If there are any related issues, it’s the domain of certain government where which activities are taken place. However, I believe there are always various ways available for such things; it’s incorrect to say that Terrorists are getting helped because of BTC, it will be incorrect.

Terror groups like DAESH don't use crypto. Think about it, essentially they are organised crime gangs more like the mafia. Their profits are coming from drugs, gun running, human trafficking, sale of oil and the trade in antiquities.

All of these revenue streams have long established - and safe - means of exchange. Why would they need to use a volatile cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange? They already have such mediums in any case: stolen artworks etc.
