Do we miss the mark on bitcoins or run out of bitcoins if we start mining with all the super Computers on the planet?

Every 2016 blocks the bitcoin network re-targets the mining difficulty to make sure the block creation time stays in the 10 minutes range.

So, in case of a rapid increase of hash power, there could be a certain number of blocks generated quickly, but that will be adjusted as soon as a re-target event happen.
