@jhonlazy and @morehganeshan the optional exchange is over for quite some time now (to be exact 3 weeks ago). First of all it is never a great idea to send coins to a different blockchain wallet.
We have had a marketing/promotion round on our Roofs topic a month ago to promote our new chain, we ended it three weeks ago. People were able to exchange their Roofs V1 for our second coin project and totally different chain, this was optional so it wasn't required at all. People could participate by contacting us personally. We never insinuated to do things like you guys just did.

Hello all,
To clear things up, we are very bussy and active. The new project is going to be awesome.
Though we have to be honest, that the ongoing negativity of Frost and Muha is not really helping.
As promised and also dealed with, later today we will publish more information regarding the progress and the next steps to take for the new project.
To prevent confusion about whats v1 and v2 we chose for the following treatment.
1. Optional swap ended:
We ended the optional Swap due the negative news. We think that continuing the optional swap is going to harm our new project, which would also hurt the value of trading and ofcourse the original project.
To clear things up, we are very bussy and active. The new project is going to be awesome.

We are for sure very active. I suppose all the active people in this topic can confirm this, since every single PM they also send got answered, and all those same people got paid. Next to those we are answering way more tickets daily.
Fixed:
We had some complaints about the POS not being stable, this should be fixed now.
What is going to happen:
1. This weekend we are going to publish the final specs of our new project and blockchain.
2. Coming week we are going to publish the roadmap for separated per period.
3. Also shortly we will be picking a end date for the optional/promotional exchange of our new project.

We have received no complaint about our process speed, and everybody untill now has received their 25% bonus, we even re-paid one transfer which got lost by the receiving party which gave us their v1 wallet, and we also repaid one person which send his received v2 coins to his v1 wallet. Accidents can happen, we just do our best to resolve them, and further also to prevent them to happen again.

Hey people , i hawe sended to ROOFS DEV my ROOFS v1 adress, i loosed my money or i hawe chance to get that money to roofs reloaded v2.Please help, i loosed 17000 roofs.
