What is Minexcoin?
MinexCoin (MNC) is a global payments system based on a low volatility cryptocurrency which is a part of Minex ecosystem. Thanks to its stable exchange rate, MinexCoin is a reliable means of payment, while controllable growth of coin price makes it an attractive means of value storage. Containment of volatility and price growth are maintained by the system’s autonomous algorithm acting like a central bank, hence the name MinexBank. We have already successfully conducted the first round of ICO (Subscription), securing presubscription for 2 million MNC and building a strong community of investors.
During the second round of ICO only 150,000 MNC will be sold. The purpose of Phase Two is to determine the market price of the coin immediately before entering the exchange. The price will be calculated according to the following formula:
Y = ( X + Х1 ) / Z
where Y stands for market exchange rate (basic value in MinexBank’s algorithm); X for volume of involved investor funds; X1 for absolute volume of bonuses accrued by early participants; Z for the amount of coins available for the ICO.
Phase Two will run from May 15th, 2017 to June 13th, 2017.

We received the first targeting of Minexbank which expresses the growth of the cost of Minexcoin at the level of 33.6% per year. In our opinion, Minexcoin should be in the trend of the crypto currency world in order to possibly ensure, at a minimum, the evolutionary distribution of minexcoin as a means of payment.
This value will be used by the Minexbank during 2017 and may be changed depending on the development trends of cryptoeconomics in the future.
But we do not want to put up with the fact that the crypto currencies will evolve in an evolutionary way first because it's very long. If the rate of Bitcoin distribution is maintained at the current level, Bitcoin will be accepted as a payment element, the equivalent of exchange value, and the means of accumulation on a global scale only by 2050.
The main problem on the way to the development of the Crypto-currency as a generally accepted cash is the high volatility of the crypto currency. This was repeatedly stated by the representatives of the IMF, the European Central Bank and many others. Also, the problem of the distribution of crypto-currency as a means of payment was discussed at the margins of the International Economic Forum in Davos and in 2016 and in 2017. Yes, high volatility made popular the crypto currency for use on stock exchanges, but also led to the fact that users of crypt currencies, according to our estimates, are stock speculators by 90%. This factor, we believe, does not allow for a revolutionary breakthrough of crypto currencies into the world economic system. Minexbank, with its interest rates for parking operations, in our opinion, can be an incentive that expands the circle of users due to the use of Minexcoin by medium-and long-term investors, at the first stage. The increase in the number of medium- and long-term investors in turn will stabilize the cost of Minexcoin and reduce its volatility, which will lead to a wide use of Minexcoin in settlement transactions. It is the wide use of crypto currency in settlement operations that will be the driver of the revolutionary spread of both Minexcoin and other crypto-currencies.
